Full gut remodel of a 1914 home in Cole Valley San Francisco.

This 2,100 sq. ft. home had one update to the kitchen and family room in the 60's other than that it was in it's original state.

We added another bathroom upstairs, took it down to the studs replacing and updating everything including the original knob and tube.
